A griot — the keeper of the family story — passing history to the next generation
"Every family has a story.
Every story needs a keeper."
The Griot Difference

You are not just saving records.
You are preserving a legacy.

Most family history platforms organize information around an account.
ClarityCommand™ organizes history around a steward.

In West African tradition, the Griot is the keeper of memory — the one trusted to hold the family's history, protect what mattered, and carry it forward to the next generation.

ClarityCommand™ brings that principle into the digital age. Every Family Room has a Griot Steward — a trusted family leader responsible for preserving records, protecting context, guiding family governance, and ensuring the story is never lost.

Most platforms preserve data.
ClarityCommand™ preserves stewardship.

ClarityCommand™ — JoMar Business Solutions

Every family has a story.
Every story needs a keeper.

Every family leaves something behind.
Make sure it is clarity, not confusion.

ClarityCommand™ is a private family archive for stories, photographs, documents, land records, memories, and wisdom — built to help families protect what was entrusted to them and pass it forward.

Why the ClarityCommand™

Built around what your family actually has.

Most digital legacy platforms were built for families whose records already exist — they assume clean paper trails, documented lineages, and generations of preserved records.

Many African American families inherited something different.

Names changed at emancipation. Records were never created, were lost, or were scattered. Land ownership became difficult to trace. Church records, family Bibles, photographs, funeral programs, oral histories, and the memories of elders often became the only record.

ClarityCommand™ was built around what many families actually have:

Stories told at kitchen tables.

Photographs with names written on the back.

Family Bibles passed from one generation to the next.

Church programs, obituaries, deeds, land records, recipes, traditions, and the living memory of elders.

Because preserving a legacy is about more than finding records. It is about making sure the story survives.

Roots. Trunk. Branches.
This is how a family's story grows.

Inside ClarityCommand™

Preserve. Protect. Pass Forward.

Everything your family needs to gather the evidence of your journey — and make sure the right people have access to it, now and for generations to come.

Store

Family photographs, documents, records, and all important information — organized and secure.

Preserve

Stories, memories, oral histories, traditions, and the voices of loved ones — captured before they fade.

Organize

Family history, milestones, land records, and legacy details — structured so nothing is lost.

Prepare

Future generations to inherit responsibly — with the context and understanding to carry it forward.

From fragments to a map

Many families inherit fragments.

A photograph with no names. A Bible with no story.
A deed with no context. A tradition whose origin has been forgotten.

ClarityCommand™ helps families preserve more than records. It helps preserve the map — so future generations can know where they came from, understand what was built before them, and carry the story forward.

Common Questions

Everything you need to know

What is ClarityCommand™?
ClarityCommand™ is a private digital archive where families preserve their stories, photographs, documents, land records, wisdom, and family history — organized and protected for future generations.
What makes ClarityCommand different from Ancestry or other platforms?
Ancestry and similar platforms are built around finding records that already exist. ClarityCommand™ is built around what many African American families actually have — oral histories, photographs, family Bibles, church records, deeds, and traditions — and around a steward, not just an account. The Griot model means someone is responsible for the story, not just storing it.
What is the difference between Legacy Member and Griot Steward?
Legacy Member is for individuals who want a private space to preserve their own family records. Griot Steward is for the designated family leader who creates and manages a shared Family Room, invites members, curates the archive, and oversees stewardship responsibilities.
Who is the Heritage Family plan for?
Heritage Family is designed for families who want to build their legacy archive together. Up to 5 members share a single Family Room and can each contribute stories, photos, and records — billed annually at $299/year.
Is my family's information secure and private?
Yes. Your ClarityCommand is private by default. You control who has access, and the Griot Steward manages permissions so the right people have access to the right collections.

What you preserve today becomes their strength tomorrow.

Your family's story deserves more than a folder on a hard drive. Give it a home.
